Nothing drops off this list. It is ordered by what most wants counting — never counted at the top, then oldest first — so a collection you have just finished sinks to the bottom in green rather than disappearing, and can be rescanned from there. The button's colour is its age: green under 6 hours, amber to 16, red to 24, grey beyond a day. Ages come from when each cell was last written, so your whole existing database is dated — nothing needs rescanning for the colours to mean something.
Every count you've captured, one line per skin at one wear — StatTrak and Souvenir ranked separately, because they are separate items. #1 is the rarest. It moves while a scan runs, as each cell lands.
